DocFinity's management team is structured as a holacracy.  This means that we manage our organisation in a decentralised agile manner, making decisions together to work collectively towards a unified goal.  Our team includes two senior medical doctors, three MBAs, an advanced care practitioner, an IT recruitment specialist, two PhDs, a chartered accountant and two technologists.

We are working with research and development teams at a university, in primary care, across three countries in two continents and use an online business platform to co-ordinate our activities 24 hours a day.
